Singleton Moms is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope, help and support to struggling single parents battling cancer

Our unique programs offer the emotional, financial and domestic support that these courageous moms and dads need while undergoing treatment

How are the parents selected?
To apply for assistance from Singleton Moms, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age
-
A single mother or father with at least one dependent living at home
-
Currently receiving chemotherapy/radiation and/or other cancer related treatments

In need of financial and/or household assistance
How are the donations used?

Donations are used to fund operating costs for all our programs and for administrative expenses

Event Sponsorships contribute towards our fundraising events that enable us to raise further funds

In-kind donations are used for the specific purpose for which they are donated
Who manages Singleton Moms?

A volunteer Board of Directors runs Singleton Moms and our events
-
The Executive Director & Care Director are paid nominal stipends for their efforts
-
There are no Members of the organization
Our Programs
We provide the following services:

Michelle’s Kitchen – Volunteers prepare and supply healthy, nutritious meals for our families

Michelle’s Pockets – Our financial assistance program

Michelle’s Clean-up Crew – Volunteers ‘blitz’ clean a family’s home

Michelle’s Phonebook – Businesses and professionals that off er our parents their services at no cost

Singleton Kids – Providing new, fun and educational experiences for the children
