As the owner of My Dinner Kitchen, a meal assembly business located in N. Scottsdale, Joan is passionate about supporting the Singleton Moms organization to provide healthy meals for cancer stricken mothers and their families.
Joan has been an Arizona resident for 15 years. With over 20 years corporate and consulting experience under her belt, she decided to enter the entrepreneurial arena and chose the Meal Assembly industry. As a busy working mother, putting a healthy, nutritious meal on the table was a priority.
Joan has been an amazing asset to Singleton Moms with her donations and support of our Michelle's Kitchen Program! The Moms and kids love the quality food prepared by our volunteers at My Dinner Kitchen.
